What is PLnow?
PLnow is a B2B virtual exhibition designed to help large-scale retail trade Buyers find new Private Label Manufacturers.

What manufacturers can be found at PLnow?
PLnow hosts high quality European manufacturers specialized in manifold Private Labels types (Standard, Premium, LowPrice, Typicals) for all foodstuff and non-food stuff widely and generally consumed goods food and no food. PLnow aims at reaching both Private Label fully specialized Manufacturers as well as Brand Manufacturers who earmark a share of their production for Private Label.

What Buyers visit PLnow?
All Modern Trade Buyers are allowed to (freely) register with PLnow and visit the Manufacturers´ virtual stands. PLnow stands as the first European online resource for Buyers seeking to find new suppliers to make Private Label.

How can PLnow be joined?
PLnow may be joined directly on line by clicking on Join PLnow and following the simple membership and virtual stand configuration steps. Once all the steps have been followed, PLnow staff will contact the company to formalize the membership agreement and to promptly begin all the works aimed at tuning up the stand.

How much does PLnow cost?
Joining PLnow costs only Euro 250 + VAT annually, this fee entitling members to be listed in one of the exhibitions sectors and in one ECR category. They may also be listed in additional sectors and/or in ECR categories (at the 2nd level) by paying Euro 50 + VAT for each listing. This amount is to be added up to the annual fees.

The virtual stand design basic cost (1tantum) is Euro 290 + VAT and such cost varies depending on the options that may be enabled: other languages (Euro 100 + VAT each) and product technical sheets (Euro 25 + VAT each, for each language enabled).

What is a virtual stand?
PLnow is a virtual exhibit organized as a B2B real exhibition where every Exhibitor Manufacturer is represented through his stand. Such stand is a small-sized site that will be personalized by each one of the exhibitors on the basis of a standard format agreed upon with the very Buyers´ contribution. Only registered Buyers may visit the Manufacturers´ stands.

How can I personalize my virtual stand?
By sticking to the predetermined format, the Manufacturer can decide what sort of information (such as texts and images) about his company and products to include in his stand on a discretionary basis. By drawing on the options, he may have up to 5 languages, namely (Italian, English, French, German, Spanish) and a maximum of 99 product technical sheets enabled. Likewise, the latter may have his stand registered with all the exhibition sectors (Standard, LowPrice, Premium, Typicals) and have access only up to 3 (ECR 2nd level) merceological categories.

Who helps me set up my virtual stand?
PLnow provides full support during the stand design stage by helping the Exhibiting Manufacturer to select the required contents and upload them by having them suit the stand format. The Manufacturer can, at any time, have private access to his stand in order to change decisions regarding its contents at his own discretion.

Does PLnow offer exclusive privileges?
PLnow believes that the number of Manufacturers on display is a paramount and appealing element for Buyers. Albeit there is no exclusiveness in product categories, PLnow is very attentive to the selection of Manufacturers that access each product category.

Can PLnow serve as a marketplace?
PLnow is a virtual exhibit building relations between Buyers and Manufacturers to jointly make a successful Private Label. However, it is not currently engaged in the management of commercial transactions and neither does it operate as an on-line auction site.

Which are the conditions and payment terms of PLnow?
Those manufacturers who join Plnow for the first time should pay 50% of the total costs of subscription (Stand Production costs + Membership fee) in advance, and the other 50% when the virtual Stand is online. The Membership Renewal Fee should be fully paid in advance.
At the moment PLnow takes bank transfer payments only.

How long does it take to view online a virtual Stand?
Once the Manufacturer has sent the requested material (texts, images, etc.), the construction of the virtual Stand and availability on PLnow online takes only 10 working days.
