NEW EU RULES FOR COSMETICS
All cosmetics product labels sold within the EU should declare the identity of the manufacturer to improve product traceability, if they cause health problems to consumers, the European Commission said. In a report on the EU’s consumer alert network RAPEX, Brussels has called for mandatory rules saying all EU-sold product packaging should carry such information.
